Modulbau-Haltestellen
Die ÖBB wollen künftig Kleinhaltestellen mit Modulbauten aus Holz bestücken. PV und begrünte Dächer inklusive.
Grüne Immobilien rücken für die ÖBB in den Fokus. Neben einer Sanierungsoffensive für Bestandsbauten und Bahnsteigdächern aus Holz hat die Bahn ein drittes Steckenpferd entdeckt: Modulbau-Wartehäuser oder Modulbau-WC oder eine Kombination aus beiden. „Das Dach wird begrünt und/oder mit Photovoltaik ausgestattet. Im besten Fall bestehen sie komplett aus Holz und werden in nur drei Teilen an die Baustelle geliefert und auf das vorgefertigte Fundament gesetzt“, erklärt Erich Prikl, Geschäftsführer der ÖBB Immobilien GmbH.
