Akustisches Leckage-Warnsystem
Die Reisser AG ergänzt ihr Eigenserien-Programm im Bereich der Trinkwasser-Installation um ein akustisches Leckage-Warnsystem. Ein Pfeifton warnt vor ungenügend verpressten Fittings.
Herzstück der neuen Fitting-Generation ist das patentierte, akustische Leckage-Warnsystem. Dieses orientiert sich an den aktuellen Branchenanforderungen. Die Besonderheit: Ungenügend verpresste Fittings werden durch einen Pfeifton signalisiert. Vergisst ein Installateur nach dem Einstecken eines Rohrs in ein Formteil das Verpressen, ist die Verbindung undicht. Van de Weyer: „Durch die Dichtheitsprüfung mit Luft kann ein auftretendes Leck schnell anhand eines auffallend lauten Pfeiftons identifiziert und lokalisiert werden.“ Der bisherige Einsatz von konventionellen und mitunter hygienisch bedenklichen Leckagesuchsprays ist so nicht mehr nötig.
Während der gesamten Bauphase bietet das Funktionsprinzip des EasyPipe V verschiedene Vorteile:
- Durch die Dichtheitsprüfung mit Luft muss das System nicht frühzeitig mit Wasser versorgt werden. Dies verhindert eine etwaige Verkeimung durch Stagnation.
- Rohrleitungen verkeimen nicht mehr. Für den Einsatz des Installationssystems ist lediglich ein einfacher Luftkompressor erforderlich.
- Eine trockene Dichtheitsprüfung erfolgt nach dem Hygienestandard des Zentralverbandes.
- Eine trockene Prüfung sorgt dafür, dass sich Mikroorganismen in der Trinkwasserinstallation weder ansiedeln noch vermehren.
- Die Prüfung kann bei jedem Wetter durchgeführt werden – auch im Winter besteht keine Gefahr einfrierender Rohrleitungen.
Aufgrund der Reduktion von Druckverlusten sind deutlich geringere Zeta-Werte das Ergebnis. Auch können gerade abgelängte Rohre ohne vorherige Kalibrierung in den Fitting gesteckt werden. „Das vereinfacht Installateuren auf der Baustelle das Arbeiten deutlich.“ Mit wenig Kraftaufwand und ohne Beschädigung der O-Ringe kann das Rohr montiert werden. Möglich machen das ein hexagonales Hülsenende, eine spezielle Hülsenkonstruktion und die vertiefte O-Ring-Position. Auch ein 360-Grad-Sichtfenster ermöglicht eine zuverlässige Installation. Mit ihm kann festgestellt werden, ob das Rohr korrekt und ausreichend tief in das Fitting eingeführt wurde und eine Abdichtung zwischen Rohr und Fitting gewährleistet ist.
